Flapjacks

I have recently had a craving for flapjacks! So I decided to browse different recipes from everywhere and kind of join them all together to create my own. I made flapjacks two days in a row, and they turned out to be really delicious, I will definitely be making them again when I can get my hands onto more oats and honey...
Enjoy!

Before I list the ingredients and the rough amount I usually use, I just want to say that I pour in the amount of honey, or oats or something from the eye, just until it looks good and the mixture is a good consistency.

Ingredients:
 250g of porridge oats.
100g of butter room temperature.
120g of sugar, any type.
Honey, which I don't have a measurement for, just pour it in, until your mixture is a nice wet mixture.

1)Preheat your oven to 200 degrees, fan oven.
2) Grease your baking tray, and put baking sheets onto it.
3)Take a large mixing bowl and put in all your ingredients.
4) Mix it all together with a wooden spoon.
5) Keep adding honey until your mixture is wet.
6) Using your hands, rub everything together, so all the butter disappears, and everything is well mixed.
7)Scoop your mixture out with a spoon onto your baking tray and spread it all out, so theres no gaps.
8) Put it into the oven onto the middle shelf.
9) Let bake for ten minuets; you won't be able to tell if it's ready  by touching it because it stays soft in the oven, however, it does change into a beautiful golden brown and the edges start slightly browning.
10)Take it out when assumed is ready, and let it cool for 15 minuets .
11)Once cool, cut it into pieces and place them all onto a plate.
12)Enjoy!!!
This was my flapjack. The size may vary from yours as I may have not used the exact amount of ingredients as above.
